I wander if Ariel is Danish or not after we saw the Little Mermaid statue. A lot of people came to visit and gazed at the statue. Little Mermaid statue is known as the famous one of all in Denmark, and it is made of bronze. I wanted to take a look at it for long time, but we decided to move along because there were too many people there, and we had to visit a place called Reffen.

After we visited the Little Mermaid statue, we rode our bike to Reffen. I heard that it is a skateboard park, but as we arrive, I fell in love with that place because it has so many street food. It was like a dream come true.

I had a hard time making a decision of what I want to try. They got burgers, seafood, greek, italian, and all sorts. I ended up deciding to grab greek food.

We had an optional visit as well. The place I visited with my instructors and a couple of my friends was Copenhill. When I first saw the building, it has many square patterns. I thought it has very nice repetitive details. Until we kept walking, I saw it has rock climbing and skiing. I was very surprised that the rock climbing is at the building with square patterns. The ski resort was just full of grass, and I saw some people still ski through the grass. At first, I thought my professors wanted to ski, and I freaked out because I never ski in my life. Luckily, I found out we did not. We did not want to go up the stairs, so we took the elevator. It was very high. We were on top of the Copenhill building, and we discovered the town of Denmark. It feels like I was on top of the world. I was very glad that I took the opportunity to visit this place because I want to see the world of Denmark. After we spent time there, we took the stairs. I became dizzy as I go down.

The next optional place we rode to was Georgetown. We unfortunately did not spend too much time there because the rain came down. It was very difficult to ride our bikes in a heavy rain. What is also worse was hail. I was shook that Denmark had hail. I did not think it would have it. Since we were in Georgetown, I saw a wood sculpture that looked like an ape putting both hands, and the hand position looked like it wants to hold water. The wood details are so unique, and it was installed well. I wander who made this piece. I love how the background supports the wood sculpture, and the quote, "the world is in our hands," seems very significant. It seems like the background is part of this wood sculpture.

After we finished our day, I was soaked.
