My morning coffee at Coffee Collective. Again, coffee will make your day great! ~

Khora was another studio tour we went. They focus on virtual reality and augmented reality effects for gaming. I was looking forward to meet studios that are involved in gaming. I am glad that I am getting to know the gaming studios in Copenhagen and looking forward to view more gaming studios around.

When we came inside, Khora brought their equipment for everyone to see their work. I tried one of their VR headset, and I watched one of their demo reels. Their work is telling the story about homeless. It was very emotional story for the audience. I really admire how they make it look realistic. I did not get a chance to see their augmented reality because I became so interested to see how they work on virtual reality, and I got to know with the hardworking VR artists. I asked what software they used. I noticed they used Unity and Unreal Engine. My DAC (Digital Animation Center) at my school have Unreal Engine, and we will be learning how to work with this intense software. I was really impressed with their work and I wonder if they have open internships and other job positions.

After we met Khora, we tried some food in Hija de Sanchez in Kødbyen. Their tacos are amazing. I tried their beef tacos. They had pork and other soft drinks as well. I hope I get a chance to try their place again on roasted pork.

Second coffee because I already know it's a long day and we were riding bikes around XD

The next studio tour we went was Thank You Studios. The name was pretty interesting and it makes me wonder why they name it "Thank You." When I walked inside, I realized they have a cozy bar, stage, fancy tables, and well-organized office upstairs. I honestly did not expect there would be alcohol. Their place is very cozy and welcoming. Thank You Studios does product designing for other brands. They support clients such as Amazon, Ebay, Girls Are Awesome, MTV, Vanity Fair, Sundance Channel, and Toyota. I heard that they focus on Digital Designing but they used some graphics softwares that I experienced which were After Effects and Autodesk Maya.

This was my first drink I tried. I really recommend trying it.

Thank you, Thank You Studios :)
